  1. Order Damaged When Received

If you receive a damaged product due to shipping or handling:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • We will cancel your order and replace it with a new one.
  • Please provide photos of the damaged item for our records.
  1. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive items different from what you ordered:

  • We will arrange to pick up the incorrect items from your address.
  • We will ship the correct items to you as soon as possible.
  • Please notify us immediately upon discovering the error.
  1. Cancellations

To cancel an order that hasn't been shipped:

  • We will process the cancellation and refund within 48 business hours.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • For credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery orders, we'll initiate a bank transfer to the details you provide.
  1. Returns and Replacements

Our return policy allows you to return or exchange products within 5 days of delivery:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@FreeKaaMaal.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Include an image of the product and the invoice.

Step 3: We will arrange to pick up the products within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Serial number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.
  • Free products provided by brands.

Categories not eligible for return:

For approved returns:

  • For card or net banking payments, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

You can return one or more products from a multi-item order. However, any returned product must include all components and free gifts received with it.
